I mix it woth my intra workout drink. Works well. Overall i am having the best gains since i started using SSA Supplements and I am almost 55.
Ive been using SAA Collagen for almost a year now. Great product, contains vitamen C which is apparently the best way to use collagen. Mix it with my coffee. Works well. Skin is glowing and no joint issues from the gym
The peanut butter taste is nice, I mix it with water.
