Nice coarse, textured weave with a good padding sewn along the inside section of the strap which helps a ton - very useful friction for pushing a set to failure to minimize injury, it really gives you some grip to the weight. Not to mention this is a good price for a quality lifting strap when most equal lifting straps cost R300+.

Have been using the lifting belt for a few days now and I can already tell it's made from good quality material, not uncomfortable at all when wrapped tight while still providing nice core support and love the double prongs - I accidentally ordered the wrong size and contacted customer service who sorted it out right away. Would recommend.

Already seeing my small results as I only go to gym 3 times a week, which means my creatine intake is also limited to that time frame.
