No aftertaste and great endurance. I have seen a good boost in strength and have no side affects from this product. Gut health still remains good while muscle recovery improves greatly.

Great pre workout, good taste and very effective with 2 scoops. If you don’t like the tingly feeling, stick to 1 scoop🤣300mg of caffeine.🤟🏽

Best whey protein I’ve ever used. Tastes lovely, and is super smooth and soluble.

I love this pre-workout and will definitely budget for it. My main reasons for liking this product is because it contains Ashwagandha which balances my hormones and prevents a prolonged spike in cortisol. In addition, the cranberry flavour is quite good in comparison to some other pre-workouts that I’ve used. It does give you tingles and you do get a boost in energy and strength. It also helps with my fatigue and keeps me alert all day.
